  1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, "we" or "us" means Chances Casino Rim Rock (Port Alberni); "you" or "your" refers to each individual who signs up for a player's card with us, and to any Authorized User (defined below); "Authorized User" means an individual who is authorized by you to use your player's account.

  1. Wagering Limits

  1. Self-Exclusion Policy

  1. Account Closure

We reserve the right to close your player's account at any time without prior notice to prevent problem gambling, breach of these Terms and Conditions or as required by provincial regulations.

  1. Cancellation or Change in Promotions/Events

We may cancel or modify promotions/events without prior notification due to operational requirements or otherwise. By participating in such events/promotions you acknowledge that they can be modified at any time before the event start date, including changes to event rules and prize structures.

If there is a dispute regarding gameplay or outcome of a specific wager we will resolve it in accordance with the latest version of these Terms and Conditions, if necessary with additional external expert review at your cost.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between you (and/or any Authorized User) and us shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of British Columbia and through submission to jurisdiction courts located within British Columbia.

  1. Breach Notification

You agree that we can notify authorities, gaming commission or relevant bodies as required by law, when there is a suspicion that you have breached these Terms and Conditions. This includes notification if you fail to respond promptly upon request for clarification concerning any transaction related issue on account at our casino.

  1. Changes in Policies/Regulations

We reserve the right to alter policies or procedures without notice where it is necessary due to operational requirements, changes in regulatory guidance or otherwise.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (along with other posted terms such as those outlining your online gaming rights and responsibilities) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our casino services, supersede all prior agreements, understandings and communications.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

We reserve our right to decline or cancel an order and/or terminate account(s) without prior notice due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, fires, floods, war, terrorist actions or other extraordinary circumstances as we may determine in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Electronic Communication

By using our online platform (if applicable), you acknowledge that electronic communication methods are used for purposes of gaming and for the processing of deposits/withdrawals.
